1. Premium Access
Qalby.in is a premium-only service. Access to the dashboard and operating system requires an active, paid subscription or a one-time founding access pass as advertised.
2. Usage Responsibility
You are responsible for your account credentials. The tracking system is rigid by design; we are not responsible for lost streaks due to user inaction or forgotten entries.
3. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to compromise the integrity of the platform.
4. No Guarantees
Qalby.in provides a structural framework. Your discipline and effort determine your results; we make no guarantees regarding personal or spiritual outcomes.
5. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
